Refunds

We process refunds within 1 working day of receiving the return, but please allow the time shown in the list below for your payment provider to make the funds available to you.

Please allow 5 working days for a return to reach our store.  Once received, we will let you know and process your refund within 1 working day, but please allow the time shown below for your payment provider to make the funds available to you.

Refund timelines are dictated by your payment provider and are
outside of our control.

Refund timescales via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay can vary.
Please refer to their guidelines for accurate and up to date information. 

If your refund isn’t showing within the above time frames, please contact us.

Returns

Please return items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 days of being received. The 14 days start from the day after the items were delivered to your home address, or if delivered to the store, the 14 days start from the day after the items were collected. 

When returning your items please put all items into one parcel bag and attach the returns label. We’ll do the rest - once your parcel reaches us we’ll scan each item individually and credit them.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage when returning items to the store.

Faulty/Incorrect item received?

We’re very sorry you have received an incorrect or faulty item. The quickest way to sort this is to send us an email to contact@aboutyouboutique.co.uk

How can I track my order?

Items are sent by Royal mail, tracking can be found by clicking on the link on your email confirmation. 

Delivery options

Free same day collection ready in under 2 hours. (Available for collection during store opening times).

Please do not make the journey to the store until you have received confirmation from us that the item is ready to collect. You will need to bring confirmation of the order with you when you come to collect the item.

Next day delivery is subject to stock, courier availability and courier area. 

Please note, our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays and during peak sale periods but specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time of order. 

Ways to pay

Google Pay - Google Pay is the fast, easy, and secure way to pay on sites, in apps, and in stores using the cards saved to your Google Account. To use Google Pay to pay in stores, you'll need an Android phone.

Apple Pay - Apple Pay is the easy way to pay in shops, online and in apps. It's safe, secure, private — and simple to set up and use. It's money, made modern.

PayPal - PayPal is a secure payment method you can use to make a payment online. You only need your email address and password to make a payment.

ClearPay - ClearPay is a payment service that lends customers a fixed amount of credit to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in 4 automatic instalments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest (late fees apply). Please use ClearPay responsibly.

Gift Vouchers

Currently only available in store.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Our order process is very quick so we are unable to change orders.

To add items to your order, please place a new order.

Do you offer gift receipts in store?

We would highly recommend requesting a gift receipt when buying a gift in our stores, as this makes an exchange or refund really straightforward. The recipient can then return the item and have an exchange, or refund onto a gift card, for the value of the price paid.
